EA order information.
To process an EA order, we collect the selected product, delivery email and trading account number. Order records also contain the USD base price, checkout amount and currency, payment provider, exchange-rate quote when applicable, payment reference, payment status and fulfilment status. These records are stored on Cloudflare and are available to authorized store staff for processing and delivery.
Payment information.
Payment details are entered on your selected provider’s hosted checkout: Maya or NOWPayments. NOWPayments receives the selected EA description and order reference; your trading account number and delivery email stay in our store’s order record. Trading and investor passwords are not requested. Account sign-in uses the existing authentication service.
Order access.
A secure browser cookie controls access to your order status. Keep your order reference and use the same browser to check progress. Contact the seller through your agreed support channel to correct order details.
